THE POWER OF YOUR CHOOSING
Two new drive modes in the Lincoln Grand Touring models give you the option of choosing how best to use your vehicle's electric power. Select the Pure EV drive mode for electric-only driving and extend your range. Select the Preserve EV drive mode if you wish to save plug-in power for a later time. No charge available? No problem. Preserve EV drive mode will use the engine to charge the battery and gain up to 75% of the total charge available.

- WHAT ARE THE AT HOME ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS FOR PROPER CHARGING?
You will need a grounded and dedicated 15- or 20-amp AC breaker serving a grounded three prong outlet for proper charging. Failure to have a dedicated line, other appliances on the line, using an extension cord with the charger, using a surge protector or adding a timer and other adapters can result in electric shock, fire and/or repeated breaker trips. If you do not have a dedicated line, contact a professional licensed electrician for proper installation.
